THE DETAILS

development and execution of holistic digital strategies As a Digital Operations Advisor here at Adaptis GmbH, your primary responsibility will be the development and execution of holistic digital strategies for our clients. Essentially, you will be working with high-profile clients to develop digital strategies that will help them achieve their marketing and sales objectives. This means you’ll be providing assistance at all the stages of strategic management – from the formulation stages to the actual execution and eventually the control process.

This role requires that you are well-versed in leading digital initiatives that involve the use of social media, content marketing, search engine marketing, mobile platforms and other relevant channels. After formulating a sound strategy, you will assist clients in the actual implementation processes. This requires a full understanding of the initiative on the client’s behalf, as well as the necessary capabilities to support these new programs. You will be responsible for ensuring the success of any campaigns, as well as ensuring that they run smoothly.

To gauge the performance of these initiatives, we are looking for a data-driven individual that can extract key learnings from various analytics. This requires that you can distinguish vanity metrics from those real ones that contribute directly to the bottom line. Also, it is necessary to translate this data while considering both qualitative and quantitative aspects of the findings. Essentially, you will need to monitor the progress of all digital campaigns for our clients. This way, it can be determined whether the best path forward is to pursue the current strategy or pivot in a new direction based on some relevant findings. Of course, all of your work must be justified in some way. On top of that, you must be able to effectively communicate this rationale with other team members and most importantly, our clients.
