As a UX/UI Designer here at Adaptis GmbH, your primary responsibility will be to handle the development of all UX/UI applications for our clients. To produce high-performing deliverables, agile practices must be demonstrated in your work. Through an iterative process, hypotheses will be formulated and tested in order to provide a continuous feedback loop. Essentially, all of your work must be supported and solidified by primary or secondary research findings. All of this must be done by applying industry-standard design techniques.

To provide exceptional user experiences, you will be accountable for modeling an appropriate user interface to do exactly that. As with any process, all wireframes must be tested – in this case, through several rounds of usability testing. You will be required to apply this continuous feedback to new prototypes going forward. An understanding of how to construct a seamless user interface is a must.

In addition to creating various wireframes and developing the user experience, you must be able to communicate your findings. Given that you will situated in a team environment, you must be to present your insights and provide the necessary rationale when called upon. This requires a strong level of both written and oral communication skills, as well as knowledge about industry-standard modelling techniques. From wireframes to storyboards to prototypes – we need you to be competent in creating each one. Ultimately, you will need to communicate the rationale for your decisions and how they contribute to the client’s underlying objectives.

Our team thrives on growing together. Everything is shared between our members so that no insights are overlooked. But most importantly, we respect everyone’s area of expertise when tackling new and existing problems.
